If you’ve been working in the nonprofit sector for any length of time, you probably have your share of opinions about what it’s like to work for a nonprofit.  It can be a joy, rewarding in many ways.  At other times, it can be just as stressful as any corporate job.

Nonprofit Mission Connected Careers, Recruiting & Job Search | Submit your Blog Posts about Nonprofit Jobs to the February Nonprofit Blog CarnivalSo, this month, we at the Mission Connected blog would like to challenge you to write a blog post sharing your thoughts about working or job hunting in the nonprofit world.  This will be February’s installment of the Nonprofit Blog Carnival, a long-running monthly series where bloggers all over the web write about a given topic.

There are no length requirements or anything.  Just share your ideas, stories, tips or advice.  Write from your personal experience or from the perspective of how staffing issues were handled at your organization.  This could be a new post or one written in the past as long as it fits with the topic.

You can submit your entry by emailing the web address of the post to nonprofitcarnival@gmail.com by Tuesday, February 22nd. The best posts will be included in a link round-up published here on Mission Connected on February 24th.  We look forward to hearing your thoughts on the idea of nonprofit jobs!
