Before the COVID-19 pandemic, nonprofit institutions accounted for at least 12.5 million total jobs. As public records show, in the first three months of the pandemic, the nonprofit sector shed some 1.64 million jobs, reducing the entire workforce by 13.2% as of May 2020.
A functional CV is used to place emphasis on the skills and experience you have gained over your career rather than displaying your work history. A functional CV can be started with a personal statement and then your achievements and sections about skills or abilities. You can include any skills you’ve gained from work experience or voluntary roles.
