This Privacy Policy explains how ExecSearches.com, Inc. handles your information across the websites it operates, including ExecSearches.com and Nonprofit-Jobs.org. We built these job boards on one principle: your information belongs to you. We do not sell it, we do not use it to train artificial intelligence, and we do not use software to screen or rank you.
1. Who We Are
ExecSearches.com, Inc. (“ExecSearches,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a nonprofit and public sector recruitment company headquartered in Broward County, Florida. We operate job boards and career resources that connect mission driven organizations with the leaders and professionals they need, including ExecSearches.com and Nonprofit-Jobs.org. This policy applies to all of those websites and services.
2. Information We Collect
Job Seekers and Candidates
When you create an account, set up a job alert, or respond to a posting, we collect the information you choose to give us. This may include your name, email address, the job categories and locations you are interested in, and any resume or profile details you provide. You decide what to share, and you can review, change, or delete it at any time.
Employers and Job Posters
When you post a role or purchase a service, we collect your name, organization, contact details, the content of your posting, and billing information. Payments are processed by our payment provider, and we do not store full payment card numbers.
Technical Data
Like most websites, we collect basic technical information such as your IP address, browser type, and pages visited, used only to operate and secure the site. We keep cookies to the minimum needed to run the service.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use your information only to provide and improve the service: to run your account, send the job alerts you asked for, display and deliver job postings, process payments, respond to your messages, and keep the site secure. We do not use it for anything else without your consent.
4. Our Commitments to You
These are not aspirations. They are how we operate:
- We do not sell your personal information. We have not sold it, and we will not.
- We do not use your data to train artificial intelligence. Your resume and your profile are not training data.
- We do not use AI or automated systems to screen, rank, filter, or make decisions about job seekers. A human decides, and listings are shown by relevance and recency, not by an algorithm scoring you.
- We do not build behavioral advertising profiles and we do not use your data for targeted advertising.
5. Data Sharing
We share personal information only in limited cases: with an employer when you choose to apply to or contact them, with service providers who help us operate the site (such as our payment and email providers, under contract and only for that purpose), and when required by law. We do not share your information with third party marketers.
6. Data Retention
We keep your information only as long as needed to provide the service or as required by law. You can delete your account and your data at any time, and we will remove it promptly.
7. Your Privacy Rights
You have the right to access the information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, and opt out of communications. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at privacy@execsearches.com and we will respond.
8. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure, but we treat the protection of your data as a core responsibility, not an afterthought.

Our services are intended for adults in the workforce. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

We operate from the United States. If you access our services from outside the United States, your information will be processed in the United States.

California residents have the right to know what personal information we collect, to delete it, to correct it, and to opt out of its sale or sharing. We do not sell or share personal information, so that right is satisfied by default, and we do not use sensitive personal information for any purpose beyond providing the service. 13. Automated Decision-Making and AI
We do not use artificial intelligence, machine learning, or automated decision-making to screen, rank, evaluate, or make decisions about job seekers. Job listings are displayed based on relevance and recency. Your data is never fed into a model that judges you.
14. Email Communications (CAN-SPAM)
We send only the emails you ask for, such as job alerts and account messages. Every email includes a clear way to unsubscribe, and we honor opt outs promptly.
15. Changes to This Policy
If we update this policy, we will post the revised version here with a new effective date.
